What You'll Do Run daily store operations — staffing, scheduling, and performance management Own the numbers: budgeting, sales tracking, and expense control Hire, train, and supervise store associates and warehouse staff Set goals and coach your team to hit them Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping alongside the Contract team Keep inventory sharp and merchandising sharper Build customer relationships that turn into repeat business Drive marketing and promotional campaigns that bring people through the door Keep the store secure, clean, and fully compliant Lead weekly management meetings and participate in the EOS L10 process What You Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2–3+ years of retail management experience — food service equipment, grocery, or wholesale background a big plus Strong leadership, organization, and customer service instincts Experience with budgeting, pricing, and vendor management Comfort with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet through a full retail day Ready to Run the Show?
